CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance deposit, non-refundable reservations cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
Prepayment is required prior to arrival to secure booking and is not refundable.
Bookings not finalized on a given cut-off date will be auto-cancelled.
Failure to arrive at the hotel by 6pm without prior written advice will be deemed a No Show and subject to 100% No Refund. Remaining nights booked will be auto cancelled.
Confirmed room reservations will incur 1 night charge 7 Days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation charge 2 days prior to arrival, 100% charge for No Show.
For cancellations during peak surcharge dates, full payment is required and non refundable
Please note all penalty charges and applicability.
Payment for cancelled bookings due to force majeure can be rebooked once within six (6) months from the date of cancellation subject to room availability and conditions.
In addition, the cancellation policy may not reflect all the terms and conditions associated with your booking due to special events or requests.

CHECK IN POLICY
Check-out time is 12:00 nn; Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Early/Late checkout requests require 24 hours notice and will be subject to room availability and applicable fees.
Upon check in full payment for duration of stay is required.
Before or at designated Check-out Time, please advise our Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Please allow 20 minutes check out time to facilitate.
SAFETY DEPOSIT
Safety deposit box are available in the rooms
The Pacifico will not be responsible for any loss of personal property. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.
PAYMENT
Personal checks will not be accepted.
SMOKING IN ROOM
All rooms are no smoking rooms.
PhP 500 penalty per offence will apply for smoking in room or non smoking areas.
KEY
Please turn over key at Front Desk before departing the hotel.
Lost keys will be charged PHP 300 per piece.
PROPERTY
Excessive noise within the property is prohibited.
Any breakages in the property caused by the guest and/or their guests will be charged to the guest account upon discovery of damage.
Missing items from the room will be charged to guest account.
Borrowed items from Front Desk shall be returned upon check out otherwise will be charged to guest account.
Visiting guests will require to sign in and out at the front desk and accompanied by the guest to the room.
Visiting hours are from 9 am to 9 pm only for all non checked in guests.
PETS
No pets allowed in the property.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
Drying conditions is subject to favorable weather conditions; no guarantees can be made for delivery date.
Duty of care will be extended to laundry services subject to the limitations in line with reasonable hand washing capabilities./
TOURS
Individual guests embarking on a tour/activity takes full responsibility in participating in the activities and bears all reasonable risks associated with said activity whether foreseen or unforeseen. Guests should consider and in your discretion obtain appropriate insurance coverage to the extent available with respect to risks associated with your travel activities. The Pacifico will not be liable for any and all incidents associated with participating in a tour/activity.
