E-Bar at the Roof Deck

The E Bar is aptly named after the owner whose passion and vision has created a Bar that is welcoming and friendly which perfectly exemplifies the “Kagayanon” personality. Enjoy majestic views of the city skyline, CDO River and make friends over a drink or two.

Function Room

The function room at the second floor can accommodate up to 30 persons with a great view of the street down below. Great for parties and other gatherings.
